Hello! My name is Morgan Alderman, and I am excited to get to know/help you out in the future. I was born and raised in Stamford, CT but recently moved up to Portland, CT to get married and settle down. I have been part of the insurance world for almost a year now and know that it's definitely not boring! In my previous work experience I have thrived in this industry selling many different cars, buildings, and supplies. I have always enjoyed helping people understand what I have to offer them and now I can do that with insurance. My day-to-day tasks involve introducing myself to new customers, maintaining relationships with current customers and producing new ways to make our agency stand out from the crowd. When I am not at work, I love to spend time with my husband and four English bulldogs, I know, it’s a lot of wrinkles and rolls but they are full of love!

Fun Fact: If I could live anywhere in the world, it would honestly have to be in an RV so I can see every sunset, experience all the cultures and not be stationary. This world has so much to offer, and State Farm has the coverage you need to stay safe! I look forward to working with you!

Hello! My name is Andrea Martinez and I was born in Würzburg, Germany. I am fluent in Spanish and English. Currently from Wethersfield, CT, I enjoy trying new restaurants with friends in the area. Previously, I have built my resume up working for the past 7+ years in the customer service industry. This career shift has been great and the day to day is exciting, fast-paced, and rewarding. Hello! My name is Kyle Pyshna! I was born and raised in Naugatuck, CT! Currently I work in the medical-field as a Sr. Neurophysiologist (and previously as an ER Tech and Medical Scribe) so this has been quite the career shift. My day-to-day includes utilizing my time out of my current job to help out my wife, Ramah Barmo at her office in Berlin during their business hours. I obtained my Producer Property & Casualty License so I’m here to quote you for your home insurance, auto insurance, renter’s insurance, and maybe even your business insurance. I might not be in every day, but my peers are always around to help you with anything you might need! During our free time, we like to travel and explore new places, whether that’s in our home state of Connecticut or around the world. However, we do enjoy downtime days at home with our two cats, Pumpkin and Shadow, check them out during their surprise appearances on our social media platforms! We recently welcomed our baby boy, Zayn.

Hello! My name is Brian Reilly and I was born and raised in Naugatuck, CT! I've been in the insurance industry for over 2 years now and it's been nothing short of interesting as each day is packed with high energy, enthusiasm, and meeting goals. I am currently licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health, so I can assist you with auto, home, life, and supplemental-health policies! My previous experience is in financial analytics and cost management. The reason this job is fun is because of the performance-based compensation which pushes me to not only challenge myself, but create situations where I am not usually comfortable in.
