Welcome to Ramah Barmo State Farm Agency. We are located at 1309 Berlin Turnpike, Berlin, CT.

Being a first-generation Syrian-American and the daughter of a business owner, I learned from a young age the importance of integrity, honesty, and work ethics. My father instilled in me the entrepreneur mentality and the chase for independence to have the freedom, ability, and resources to help people through our skills and our business. Our Arab heritage and culture are very dear to my parents’ hearts and they insisted on teaching me Arabic since I came into this world. As wonderful as it was learning a difficult language and now calling myself bilingual, it was extremely difficult to have Arabic as a first language while surrounded mainly by English speakers.

I found my passion for insurance through having the ability to start a conversation, foster relationships, meet new people, and grow my community. I love that in each aspect of someone’s life, whether it’s buying their new home, finding love and getting married, or starting a family they’ll call me to protect what’s most important to them. State Farm's diverse organization has left me nothing short of grateful for this opportunity to give back to my Connecticut community. It is paving the path for success for first-generation, bilingual, women, like myself. It is an exhilarating privilege to be a role model for young Arab women in my community, and that is why I am honored to be their State Farm Agent.
